Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

- Canada & UK: 7–14 business days
- All other countries: 10–21 business days

Halloween Orders We strongly recommend placing Halloween decoration orders by October 15th to ensure delivery before October 31st. Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
